Introduction
Adway Asset Management LLP is a fund administration and advisory firm supporting Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) across India, including GIFT City structures.
We provide end-to-end support across fund structuring, regulatory compliance, operations, investor servicing and fund accounting — working alongside the Investment Manager as an embedded team member rather than a distant service provider.
Our approach is compliance-first and coordination-led: we align trustees, custodians, RTAs, auditors, valuers and tax advisors so that regulatory obligations, investor communications and fund operations run with precision.
Structure
AIF Governance & Operating Structure
Alternative Investment Funds in India operate under a trust-based structure governed by SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 and the fund's Trust Deed.
The Investment Manager is responsible for investment decisions, while the Trustee oversees compliance with the Trust Deed and applicable regulations. Various service providers — custodians, RTAs, fund accountants, auditors and valuers — support the fund's operations. Adway coordinates across all these entities.
